Communication with listening, explaining and asking questions, is
very important for a successful relationship during the design-build process. When each party to the building agreement has
had their expectations met if not exceeded, then it's a satisfying experience for all involved. We can build on one
of our lots or your property and usually within a 60 mile distance from our central location in Saratoga county, NY.

All of our projects are planned with customer input, using our CAD
program for building design, with emailing of revisions until there is complete satisfaction with the house plans.
We use a NYS licensed engineer to review "loads" and stamp the plans for the building department that will be inspecting
the project.

|
Whether remodeling, adding on or building new, our process for each step of the
way is well honed with clear forms and contracts. There are specification sheets with all the details and allowances included.
If a homeowner would like to change something during construction, we always try to accommodate accordingly.

|
We use "critical path method" scheduling software which pleases our trades
people and suppliers as well as keeping the project "on time". We also pride ourselves on being within budget
and staying with the original contract pricing.
